SEOUL, Nov. 11 (Korea Bizwire) — Hanwha Life Insurance Co. hosted a vertical marathon Sunday at its headquarters, the 63 Building in Yeouido, central Seoul.
This year’s event, the 17th of its kind, featured a race to climb the skyscraper’s 1,251 stairs.
Kim Hong-joo, 38, won the men’s title with a time of 8 minutes and 20 seconds, while Hwang Jung-woon, 46, placed first among women with a time of 10 minutes and 55 seconds.
Meanwhile, Kim Dong-hyuk, 35, who climbed the stairs in a costume of the movie character “Joker”, was chosen as the winner in the ‘best dressed’ category.
